About mParking
RTA’s mParking service (mParking) is a new value-added service that will allow motorists to pay for their virtual parking permit using their Etisalat and Du mobile phones by simply sending an SMS in a pre-defined format to 7275 (PARK) thus eliminating the need to walk to the Payment Display (P/D) Machines and search for coins. The mParking service also alerts the motorist via an SMS prior to virtual permit expiry and if needed the motorist can extend his/her parking period from his/her office or home without having to walk to his/her vehicle.
Getting Ticket
Pay your parking fee by sending an SMS message from your mobile phone. RTA’s mParking is the most flexible way of paying your parking fee with your mobile phone and receive a virtual permit via SMS.
Apply Non registered user
- Send a SMS message in the following format:
< Plate No.><space> <Zone No.><space><Duration>
to the number 7275 (PARK) - Example 1: A00000 123A
- Example 2: A00000 123A 1/2
- Example 3: A00000 123A 2
Apply registered user
- Send a SMS message in the following format:
< Nickname><space> <Zone No.><space><Duration>
to the number 7275 (PARK) - Example 1: Ali1 123A 2
- Example 2: Ali1 123A
- Example 3: Ali1 123A 2
Receiving confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation message which includes your virtual ticket details.
Note: 1/2 an hour ticket is only valid for zone A. The possible duration format for 1/2 an hour mParking SMS service are 1/2, .5, .50, 0.5, 0.50, 30,30min, 30mins, 30minute and 30minutes.

How do I charge parking in Dubai by SMS?
Payment Through SMS
Use mParking and send an SMS to 7275 in the following format: (eg: XYZ123 000A 3). The person is notified at approx. 10-15 minutes before your parking time is expired, if you exceed you will need to pay extra charges. This payment method applies to all parking zones in Dubai.

3. Select the amount. You can select from 30 AED
4. Confirm the amount and pay online
5. It will redirect to dubai pay payment channel -Nol Top Up Portal
6. Select the method of payment (You can pay using credit card / net banking / noqodi)
7. Pay the amount and your recharge / top up is done.

- Place your card on the machine which will show the current balance, card type.
- Select the amount (Keep the exact change as the machine do not return the balance)
- Card payment is available to recharge nol card.
- Once the payment is done, “Print receipt” screen will come to make sure to complete the nol recharge.
- Do not take the card until you see the “Print receipt” screen.
