Chennai: While actor Vinayakan’s performance as the villain in Superstar Rajinikanth’s ‘Jailer’ is being discussed, actor Fahadh Faasil’s Maari Selvaraj directed film ‘Mamannan’ is in the news again. Fahad played the role of a caste-hating politician in the film. Fahadh’s character ‘Ratnavel’ was another synonym for brutality.

Do you know how much Fahad got paid for his much applauded role? We know how much the actors including Fahadh are getting paid in the film.

Mamannan is produced by Udayanidhi Stalin under the banner of Red Giant Movies. Udayanidhi also plays the lead role in the film. Vadivelu plays the title role. Out of the three, Udayanidhi was the highest paid. Udayanidhi played the role of Vadivelu’s son Ativeeran in the film.

According to the reports, the remuneration received by the actor is 5 crores.

The second runner-up is veteran actor Vadivelu. The star’s remuneration was 4 crores. Vadivelu got the title role of Mamannan, a role he never got in his career. Vadivelu’s performance in the film was highly praised. Keerthy Suresh, a Malayali, was the heroine in the movie. Keerthy received 2 crore rupees.

Fahadh Faasil’s role as an upper caste antagonist was often better than the lead characters. There were speculations that Rathnavel was later celebrated in Tamil Nadu because of Fahad Fazil’s portrayal of the character. 3 crores was bought by Fahad to be used as a Ratnavel.

At the same time, while Fahad got 3 crores, the reward received by ‘Kolamas’ villain Vinayakan, who gave a performance that made even the hero Rajini tremble in the jail, is also being discussed. The news is that Vinayakan’s salary is 35 lakhs.
