- report through the website https://www.rta.ae/ (or)
- Smart Kiosks (or)
- nol Pay application if you have virtual nol cards
- Get refund if your nol card has balance

How to get refund if your nol card is lost and it has balance?
You can still get refund if you lost your nol card or moving out of Dubai or do not want to use your nol card. Check the simple procedure here
Customer can choose the refund method as Cash or transfer the old remaining balance to the already registered personal card.
